Orders placed by 12 PM EST on business days will usually be shipped the same business day. Orders are filled and shipped out within one business day after they are processed online. Maido does not ship on weekends and holidays. Time in transit starts the day your order has been shipped.

Address Correction: If a package is returned or corrected due to an insufficient or incorrect address, Maido reserves the right to charge a correction fee. The customer is responsible for the shipping fee if the package is to be re-shipped. The original shipping charge is not refundable. Please make sure your address is correct.
Customs For International Orders
Depending on the customs policy of the destination country, international customers may be charged a customs fee upon delivery. Maido cannot provide information about possible duties charges or rates in advance. Customers can check with their local customs office for information.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged for shipments in California and New York.
Tracking Information
Please allow 1-2 days for your tracking information to appear on the shipping carriers (USPS/UPS) site after you have received a notification from Maido.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchased item(s), we accept returns of new, unused and unopened products in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. The original shipping fee is not refundable. The customer is responsible for the return package shipping fee. Seasonal and sale items are not returnable. Please contact us beforehand to receive an RMA number. Returns without a RMA number will not be accepted.
